I like to pay attention to small details. Details often overlooked. I don't like to over-pose anything. I want my images to reflect natural life events and emotions. I believe there is magic to be captured in every moment and love having the opportunity to bring it out. I adore working with children and families to capture moments in time that are so brief and beautiful.
I love knowing how much of a story can be told from just a single photograph. Photos can be more than just a record of time but can become artwork and capture such emotion as well. I love taking ordinary moments and turning them into something truly magical.

I have been talking to Lindsay for a while now. We were trying to schedule an appointment for a Gender Reveal/Maternity Shoot. Many obstacles came in our way , but we didnt let it stop us! When it came to the day of the session we had a change of plans due to the original place we wanted to go to was closed. We then met at the Poets Walk, where it all fell into place. Lindsay is talented, professional, and down to earth. She will do whatever it takes to get the job done especially to the couples liking. The night she finally posted the pictures. I almost fell to the floor. They were breathtaking. I cannot wait to show my son down the road to what mommy and daddy looked like before he was born! Thanks again Lindsay. We will definitely meet again for more sessions to come. :)

Lindsay was professional from my first interaction to the end. She was very understanding and patient in trying to nail down time and date. She was fast at responding to my questions and nailed the photo shoot. I have only seen 6 photos so far and we LOVE them all :) She picked a great location, was already there when we arrived and the dogs loved her! It was a great experience and I would book her again :)

What a pleasure it was to work with Lindsay! She was so professional, but she Was still so friendly. My daughter's senior pictures turned out beautiful in downtown Charleston and on the beach. We were vacationing from Arizona, so we didn't know where to go for the downtown photos. She knew exactly where to go and what poses would work. The editing was completed sooner than expected, mostly, I think, due to her enthusiasm about her craft. I highly recommend her.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I constantly look for seminars or classes with other professional whom work I admire. As much as you think you already know you never stop absorbing more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My mother is a graphic designer and has always been very a very good photographer. My sister and I both went away to college thinking we'd do something "different" both came out Graphic Designers and Photographers. Some things are just instilled in you. I gave in because I realized as much as I didn't want to admit it my heart was already too far into it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love working with infants and children. I will go to the hospital to capture anewborn in it's first few days of life or the park to capture your child in a very whimsical setting.
