- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel like my pricing is fair. I am not someone who totally believes in a hourly wage, especially for landscaping.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am a person who doesn't talk much, so the alternative to that is reading. It is a little different, but I respond best to text messages and photos. I will only call you if it is your preference, or if there is any confusion on what you want done with you're property. We also have an online booking feature apart from thumbtack to apply more customer scheduling flexibility.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school to major in business administration.
