Ginny did hair and make up for my wedding and was very patient with how picky I can be! She took the time to re-do my trial to make sure she got exactly what I wanted. My hair and makeup for the big day was exactly what envisioned.

I contacted Ginny just a week before my stepson's wedding. We were coming from Florence to Charleston for the event. I had a brunch, the rehearsal dinner (we were hosting) and a formal wedding. Ginny did my makeup for the brunch, hair and makeup for the rehearsal and hair and makeup for the wedding. I had not booked her to do my hair for the wedding, as all of the girls had been booked at a salon the morning of the wedding. When I arrived for my makeup appointment for the wedding,I told Ginny I did not like my hair nearly as much as when she had done it. SHE REWORKED MY HAIR FOR ME. Ginny was very open to my thoughts and suggestions about my makeup. She was extremely accommodating. She wanted to be sure I would be pleased with the results. For our first visit, she came to my hotel room. For the other two appointments, we met at her studio. My very formal gown for the wedding needed to be pinned to my bra strap at the shoulder. I had no other female available to help me and I wanted it to be "fixed" before we arrived at the church for pre-wedding pictures. Ginny gladly pinned me in, it was invisible and it held all night, even through lots of enthusiastic dancing. Given the opportunity and the need, I would book her again. Nancy B.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup services at my office start at $125. At your location Makeup services start at $125. Travel charges may apply for locations outside Mt Pleasant. Hair Services/Bridal Up-do's - call or text for pricing. For best results: 1. clean face with no skin care or moisturizers. 2. clean, dry hair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to you, really listen. Then I produce the look you want. If it's not what you want, I work until it is. Read my reviews please.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend master classes lead by guest makeup artists. These makeup artists teach tips and tricks and introduce new products to their line. I also travel to the International Makeup Artists Trade Show held in NYC. In the spring, I attend Airbrush continuing education.
