Yoga was originally created for a guru and his student, therefore showing the evidence behind the importance of one-on-one attention during this tremendous journey. When practiced incorrectly, you do not benefit from the purpose of the pose and are at risk of self injury.
Through private sessions, you can become comfortable and confident in your fundamental practice, making what seemed to be an intense class intimidation-free. Yoga teaches us the power of our breath; from our breath we find strength, presence, and acceptance.
