I can not say enough …Ryan is knowledgeable and professional . I contacted him to install two large TV's in my daughters apartment that she shares with her girlfriend downtown as they attend CofC . I wanted to order the TV online before I arrived and the process is so confusing and frustrating on what to order that I reached out and he advised me to what TV is best to buy in my budget and usage. Total life saver ! I received an email invoice describing exactly the work he will be performing and cost, no surprises. I can not say enough about the day of installation….First he hung up the two TV’s (no mess). He then programed a universal remote that my daughter had struggled for months with no success, Ryan did it in under 5 min. He went out of his way to lend a helping hand as I was struggling to install a accordion door and lock before I headed back to CT(home) that day. I truley could have not done what I did if it was not for enormous help. All three girls are very happy with their TV’s. I will be moving to SC in the next year and will definitely call on his services to wire my new house for Audio/Video. If you want something done right the first time call Ryan. Highly recommend !!

The TV sets were previously an unsightly rats nest of wires. Ryan came in and worked his magic and now there's not a cord in sight!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

This depends on a few variables: the extent of work, materials, crawl space or slab under home, attic access from above, etc. I bid per job, not hourly but above all else, I give a fair and honest estimate.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once I receive your request, I will call you to get a better understanding of the work needed. Then, I will schedule a walk-through on location. After I have met with you and performed a walk-through, I will email you an estimate (usually within a few hours).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to a trade college in Arizona that specializes in low voltage and structured wiring. I thought I would enjoy it and I have! I have a career in a field that I allows me to fix things and solve problems.
