I put a request on Thumbtack and Claude called within 5 minutes and showed up at my house within 20 minutes. Clause is a very professional and knowledge man. He did not fool around at all. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He replaced the capacitor and added freon to unit. Within seconds the air conditioning unit was blowing out cool air. Claude was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did he fix the issue quickly, he offered unit specific advice on how to prevent issues in the future. You will not find a better service or price in the Charleston area. Claude will have mine, my friends', and my family's business from here on out. Thank you Clause for such excellent service!

Claude came out on a Saturday afternoon for what seemed like a simple hvac repair. Due to previous subpar repairs, and down right negligence, Claude ended up working well into the night to find the best solution. He examined every aspect of our system and walked us through every step. His pricing is excellent and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He's a good, honest, hard working family man and we will never call anyone else again!

Claude was great at quickly troubleshooting the issue with my Nest thermostat install. I accidentally blew a fuse while swapping the wires and he knew what the issue was immediately and was able help me through a fuse replacement as well as proper wiring of the new thermostat. Claude will be my go-to when running into HVAC issues in the future.

I would add a plus to the 5 stars! Claude was prompt and provided professional service. I called Southern Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning first thing this AM & Claude was able to schedule me an appointment for 11:00 (the same day). He arrived exactly on time. Claude did a quick check & found the problem, and resolved the issues within minutes. With temperatures reaching above 95 degrees I was extremely grateful for his prompt service. Would definitely use again! Thanks Claude!

I charge each of my customers $70 for a service call. That same price also includes weekends and holidays as well as emergency calls. No extra for the service call ever.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing a level of comfortability and developing a professional relationship between the customer and myself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ashworth College Degree in HVAC Universal EPA Licensed Specialize in installing, repairing and maintaining all makes and models of heating and air systems.
