- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do but depending on the issues you are going through prices can change. We have had some clients who where told their dog is Aggressive. We do our Evaluation and find out the dog had back issues was treated and is back to being that loving caring part of the family canine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start off with a five to ten minute initial phone conversation so we can schedule an Evaluation with our new clients and their dog-S. After the Eval we show the client-S a direct plan of action to improve the dogs behavior-S quickly, either on there own, a group of Private Lessons or what a lot of our Client-S love is our small Group Classes (call your friends and see if they are experiencing some of the same issue you maybe be having. You may be surprised one how many truly are. Work together and accomplish your goals together.
