Fresh Air Solutions, LLC cleaned my dryer vent today. Dillon and Jerry were the two technicians who performed the work. They were exceptional. The job they did was great. Definatley a Five Star and a 10 Rating. Not only did they clean the vent once, they cleaned it a second time to ensure all the lent was out. They cleaned the tubing connected to the dryer. They inspected the vent opening at the front. They found that my vent had not been installed correctly and that over an inch of the vent is covered thereby limiting the air flow. They texted me to let me know that they were running ahead of schedule, which I appreciated. The tech was able to clean everything out quickly, then advised me on how to keep my dryer vent clearer for longer. Very professional and friendly both over the phone and in person.
