FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing reflects quality materials, detailed preparation, and expert craftsmanship — not quick, cheap installs. We don’t offer “$900 one-day floors,” because those use low-grade products that peel, fade, or fail within months. Instead, every project includes proper grinding, crack repair, primer, epoxy base, and a polyaspartic top coat for long-lasting durability and beauty. Pricing varies by square footage, concrete condition, and finish type (flake, metallic, quartz, or solid color). We’re always transparent and provide free on-site quotes — with no hidden fees and discounts available for larger areas or multi-room projects. Our goal is simple: give you the best value per square foot — not the cheapest price, but the best floor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
every project starts with education — not a sales pitch. When you contact us, we begin with a free on-site consultation where we inspect your concrete, discuss design options, and make sure your floor is a good candidate for epoxy. We’ll evaluate any moisture issues in the slab and perform a concrete hardness test to ensure proper adhesion and long-term durability. Most companies skip these critical steps — but we don’t. In fact, we guarantee no other company is talking to you about moisture in your slab and why it matters. Moisture is the #1 reason coatings fail, and we make sure your floor is built to last. For LVP, tile, and laminate installations, we carefully check all transitions to make sure every area flows properly and aligns perfectly with existing flooring. We also plan a clean, organized outdoor staging area to cut materials — because our goal is to leave your home cleaner than when we arrived. Once your floor passes inspection, we create a detailed proposal covering surface prep, materials, and finish options. When approved, our team completes the full system — grind, patch, prime, epoxy, and polyaspartic topcoat — using only professional-grade products. Our process ensures a flawless, durable, and beautiful floor that performs for years — no shortcuts, no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 22 years of hands-on experience, I learned the flooring trade the traditional way — from my uncle, who’s been installing floors since the 1960s. That foundation taught me the importance of craftsmanship, preparation, and pride in every job. Over the years, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge through manufacturer training and continuing education programs with some of the industry’s leading brands, including Ardex, CMP, Schönox, Dura-A-Flex, and Mapei, among many others. This combination of old-school experience and modern product training allows us to deliver high-performance epoxy, LVP, tile, and laminate floors that meet today’s standards for durability, safety, and long-lasting beauty.
