  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Always ask to meet with the potential trainer(s) to discuss your goals and how they plan to help you meet those goals, as well as get a tour of their facility. You want to make sure that you and your trainer are "on the same page" and will work well together. We want our clients to get to know us, be comfortable working with us, and to be involved with designing their program. That way all they have to do is show up and give it their best and watch their fitness dreams become a reality.
