Living hours away from our rental renovation, we needed a company we could have faith in. When we decided to remodel our kitchen we tried to get quotes from about 5 different places. Carpenter Construction was one of the fastest to respond, fastest to come take a look, and fastest to give me a proper quote. Aaron was an honest and upfront guy and we really appreciated it. We chose to use them and we are glad we did. Everything was done at a very reasonable time frame. We had a very few minor hiccups along the way but Aaron was always on top of everything and everyone and made sure everything was 100% the whole time. They were really easy to work with and we will use them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

With our family growing and adding grandchildren (and hopefully more), our beach house became too small, and it was time to add on since we had the space to do so. So, the process began by searching for a reliable building contractor to do the job and at a competitive rate. If you are reading this, you found Carpenter Construction just as we did. You see their 5-star ratings, excellent reviews and you are currently contemplating what we did a few months ago by looking for any stitch of reassurance to help you make your final decision on who you need to choose to do your work. First, let me say, you got lucky and found the right contractor and that all their 5-star ratings and excellent reviews are true, and our review will add to the exceptional feedback. From start to finish, Ron, Aaron and Jake made this project a very pleasant experience, and the end-product far exceeded our expectations. They treated our addition as if they were building it for themselves and they were very picky about the details from the planning stage and each phase of the construction. There were no surprises along the way, because everything they spelled out in our contract and the calendar they put together stayed on track. At least one of them visited the site every day to make sure that their subcontractors were doing everything correctly and as specified. And speaking of their subcontractors, they have a group second to none and they are craftsman within their trade. The construction site was kept neat, and all refuge was moved to the onsite dumpster to keep the site safe daily. Once the construction was complete, the final cleaning crew did an exceptional job returning our home to us as if no construction ever took place. The bottom line is that we are extremely happy with what the Carpenter Construction team produced for us, and we will use them again if we have any other building or remodel needs. If you choose Carpenter Construction (Ron, Aaron and Jake), you will be happy you did just as we are, if you decide to go another direction, it will be your loss.
