Redid my bathroom completely. Took longer than expected but takes awhile to get products these days. The actual labor was done timely, and they made sure I was happy at every step of the job. Thank you Joe.

Really happy with the deck Salt Air Builders built for us! They were great to work with, showed up when they said they would, and did a great job. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted it. Definitely recommend them if youre looking to have a deck built!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide an estimate based on the scope, materials, and conditions at your home. You’ll receive a total project price and a clear description of the work rather than a list of individual task prices. If hidden conditions or requested changes affect the scope, we discuss and document a change order before proceeding.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your goals, location, timing, and budget. Then we review the space and the work needed, prepare a written scope and total-price estimate, and answer your questions. Once the scope is approved, we schedule the project, communicate throughout the work, and walk through the finished result with you.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with homeowners across the Grand Strand on bathroom and kitchen remodels, decks, patios, additions, and other interior and exterior improvements. We tailor the scope to the home, the homeowner’s priorities, and the project budget.
