- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I go off of national averages for work. Prices are modified based on location of job, ceiling heights, price of material, amount of specialty tools needed. Some jobs are easier and cost less and some jobs require specific tools and skills and cost more. All prices are competitive. I will not compromise quality for cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my new clients and see there space and gauge their needs. Pictures are nice but nothing beats a real first-hand visual assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years experience in construction. Ranging from flooring and framing to plumbing and electrical. I am a certified scissor lift operator, and have OSHA 10 training. No job is to small for me. They all are important and deserve the same level of attention to detail.
