I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Silverback Flooring. Ethan was the person who contacted me about installing carpet in my house. Up until the day before the scheduled installation, he communicated with me. Then, without warning, he stopped responding to my messages. I called several times and received no answer or return call. Eventually, my calls went straight to voicemail. I gave the company two full days to reach out to me, yet I heard nothing. If there had been a medical emergency, I would have understood and would not be writing this kind of review; however, it is difficult to show understanding or empathy when I received no further communication. This complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Not only did they fail to install the carpet they had agreed to install, but their lack of communication also forced me to hire another company at the last minute to do the job. Because of their failure, the carpet installation was delayed, which pushed back an important event I had scheduled at my house. Silverback Flooring wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and showed zero respect for me as a customer. I would not recommend them to anyone.
