I discuss pricing with each client. Factors in pricing depend on how far the client is? If the client is coming to my location or I am traveling to their location. I give discounts for clients that are buying in bulk and pay upfront. Those are usually established clients that I see on a regular basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about the reason that the client is looking for a massage ie Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone etc. Once that is established then I ask questions concerning the client's health and determine if there are any contraindications for getting a massage. Once that is established I will go over what I feel is best course of action for the client to have a fulfilling massage session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate of Appied Science in Massage Therapy. I am certified in Reflexology, Reiki 2, Cupping, and I am required to take continuing education courses to keep my license current.
