FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Pricing is always variable. For example, if one client is looking to secure traction in a local area with heavy online competition, my work will be a greater challenge than a client looking to secure traction where the business is very specialized with few competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk about the challenges the potential customer realizes he/she has. Then I perform an initial analysis to confirm and clarify. I provide references. If there's a good fit and the potential client is committed to the project, we move forward with pre-defined timeline with milestones and benchmarks.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your due diligence and get references...then call them. Don't just go for the cheap guy...the cost may be much greater in the end. In this business you get what you pay for. I advise that it's much better to do something well on a smaller scale than to and have to go back and fix a mistake and spend a whole lot more later. Your business and credibility are worth doing some homework here.
