Mike is a true pro. He removed a faulty water heater and installed a new (better) unit on the same day as the initial visit. No messing around. I plan to hire them again for bigger projects. He's a serious guy who shows up and gets the job done.

Mike replaced all the drain lines and supply lines in my house, with excellent quality work and materials, while continuously communicating the plan and his progress. When he found other items that would need to be addressed, he let me know, and documented them, but didn't pressure me to have the work done immediately.
