They got progressively worse so I posted the job on Thumbtack the Friday night of Labor Day weekend in desperation, hoping someone could do the work soon. Kevin responded within an hour. He came Sunday of Labor Day weekend and the damage was so much worse than we thought. Kevin made sure we had no active water leaks so that the new floor would be solid. He then replaced the subfloor and installed new flooring for a very fair price. He was even willing to come back Monday, on Labor Day, to finish up since some of the purchased floor was damaged and had to be exchanged. Kevin was very friendly, punctual, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and we will absolutely be contacting him again for more floor replacement! The floor looks amazing!"See more
