- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the Job. How many people, the locations being used and any additional materials needed for job. I do offer a referral program for future discounts on bookings!! In all my services the following is included: Finished Collection / You will receive all of the enhanced photos and portraits to remember your day forever digitally via Flash Drive and Online Album. Your Own App / We will provide you with your own App available for Apple or Android Devices that lets you easily view and share. High Resolution Prints / Friends and Family will have exclusive access to an online albums of photos which can be purchased in multiple sizes and to meet all needs Online hosting of ALL images. This is included in your service. ALL High Resolution files completely free of copyright. I'll go through everything we capture, remove all the blinks, duplicates, or oops photos and then edit everything we have left over and give them to you. This is much different than any other photographer. Everyone else will limit to a certain number of pictures, or charge separately. I include them in the service, and you deserve to have all of the memories you can!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to get to know the new customer, hear their ideas, see any examples of what they would either like to create or replicate as I want to capture their feelings in the images. I am a fan of collaboration and being open with clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience working with Individuals, Couples, Kids, Families, Small/Medium/Large groups of people in various events such as Birthday or Anniversary parties, and Corporate Events. I have also worked with people who requested Travel Services or Destination Photography for those who want to capture Landscapes or specific locations.
