I couldn't be more appy with Bloom and Prosper Property Management! The staff has provided a sense if relief for me. About a year ago I allowed them to manage 1 of my properties, now they manage all 4. They handle everything from background checks to cobtracts to housekeeping and everything in between. If you're looking to keep your units occupied by a professional team look no further! Thank ya'll for all you do.

I absolutely LOVE Bloom & Prosper Property Management. Trying to handle all that comes with managing multiple properties was causing me extreme burnout. It’s been a year since I handed all of the responsibility over to them and I cannot thank Melissa and her staff enough! I’ve had a few PMs in the past, but they by far are the most professional, dependable, trusted company I’ve worked with!
