Sara sent us list of properties to find out what we desired in a new home.
We chose the top 5 and Sara made appointments to show them to us 3 days later.
First house was it! JUST PERFECT! Didn't even look at #2.
Put an offer in that very day and after some back & forth with the seller Sara brought the property in OVER $5,000 LESS than we were willing to pay.
She negotiated hard for us and we closed 2 weeks later on Dec. 22, 2017.
We've been here almost 3 moths & it is MORE than I could have EVER hoped to own.
From the huge sunroom for my orchids & epiphyllums to the ceramic tile throughout and creek behind us every day is a dream!
This is the 2nd property we have purchased through Sara and we will never call any other agent for our real estate needs.
