We gouged our floors moving some heavy furniture and were lucky enough to find Charles at Complete Hardwood. He gave us a very reasonable estimate (lower than other thumbtack users with equal reviews) and fit us into his schedule right away. He is very knowledgeable and matched our floor color exactly. Our floor looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Charles was very responsive and had extreme attention to detail. We could not have found a better person to assist in the floor match project (we took out two walls). He created a custom transition piece as one side was “higher” than the other. We will be using him again in the future when we renovate our kitchen. A great guy that did a great job.

I have Charles from Complete Hardwood Floors to refinish my log home floor recently. I can't say enough how I appreciate Charles's work and effort, he totally transformed the floor like a new floor again. Charles explained every steps that he would do for the whole process and later approved that he followed the job description and went extra miles to deliver his work. What I appreciated the most is that he tried to make his work that he feels proud of, that is the spirit of profession and craftsmanship. Charles is also excellent in communication and flexible to work with my schedule. When it came to stain color choice, Charles allowed 3-4 choices and paint them in big squares to allow us to compare, that really helped the process. I recommend Charles, Complete Hardwood Floors highly. I will share more photos after we have more decorated space for the floor.
