- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing as there are way too many options available for all pest or handy man jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk on the phone. Arrange a meeting time to look at the work needed. Agree to a price and scope of service, and schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Criminal Justice degree, I held my general contractors license in Delaware from 1998 til 2007. I passed the home inspector exam in 2005 but never used it. I have had my Commercial pesticide applicators license since 2009 as the DCA ( designated certified applicator) for 3 different Orkin operations in South Carolina. I have my food safety credentials for servicing commercial kitchens. I have my CL100/WDO/WDIR certificate from Clemson and 15 entomology credits from Texas A&M.
