- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What separates us from the other contractors out there, we provide all customers with budget based pricing on select installations that give customers a lot of wiggle room when it comes to budgeting etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Voltcraft Contracting, my process starts with understanding the customer’s goals, vision, and specific needs. I begin with a consultation to discuss the project, desired features, budget, and timeline. From there, I develop a plan that aligns with their goals and provide updates throughout the process to ensure everything stays on track
