My husband and I went into the backyard to power wash our house and realized a storm must've loosened a gutter downspout. Jay replied to me very quickly here on Thumb Tack. Not only did he beat another quote I had which then made his my best quote, but he also came to our home within a few hours to do the repair. And he didn't try to upsell me about what was needed for the repair, some of the other quotes I received did try up selling me. Very much appreciate Jay's business and professionalism.
