Wednesday afternoon, I looked up and saw part of my gutter had detached from my 2 story house. I sent a request, he responded quickly and my gutter was fully reattached before noon the next day. He made sure it was fully attached across the entire back and that I reviewed his work and was satisfied before he left. He was responsive (which I've had issues with others in the past), professional, and did a great job.
