We are an owner-operated small family business, that offers a 'collection' service available for items not normally picked up by solid waste services. We collect 'Bulky' items that can be disposed in the landfill, but are too large to fit in a trash bin: such as furniture, lawn equipment, and household goods. We collect 'Special Loads' such as household appliances, metals, and excess bags of garbage. We also collect 'E-Loads' E-Waste includes any small household electronic items with the plug: items like computer monitors, TV, toasters and microwaves.
If you have any unnecessary debris/junk like old appliances, but no way to transport or have limited time, give us a call and we will take care of it for you!

I called James, the owner of Disposers, early in the week and had asked if he could help me with some large items I needed to get rid of. He was extremely professional, and easy to work with regarding pick up times and scheduling. It is hard to find trustworthy, efficient, good work now a days but he was it! He was able to come the following afternoon and pick up all items we discussed. He was extremely respectful and offered to take care of all of the heavy lifting and moving. He arrived when stated, and the pricing can’t be beat! I will absolutely be contacting him in the future. If you are looking for honest, reputable, fair priced help, you have found it!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By initiating contact through marketing or inquiries, I provide an estimate based on the volume and type of junk, schedule a pickup time, arrive on site to assess the items, load and haul the junk away, and finally, provide the customer with a final invoice; completing the transaction; All while maintaining clear communication and professional service throughout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High school diploma or GED certificate. Over a decade of customer service experience and basic knowledge on local disposal regulations.
