I talk to the client and family members to get to know as much as possible about them, such as likes and dislikes.

Currently getting certified in Hospice/Home Health Aide and CNA Advanced nursing skills, BLS CPR/First Aid Heart Saver recertification on June 13, 2015. Also getting certified as a Restorative Aide to assist with physical therapy.
