What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a one-on-one zoom conversation so that I can fully understand their needs. I am able to recreate for continue their books merely by using their bank and credit card statements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently working with an accountant taking care of his client write-ups. I also have an Associate's degree in accounting.
