- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on standard cleaning or deep cleaning. Discounts apply to customers that will be weekly or bi-weekly. I do clean one time customers homes or even once a month customers as well. I believe I have pretty reasonable pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would usually communicate through phone, messaging, or e-mail pertaining to what areas in their home that's needing some attention. If i'm needed to come out and sit down one on one to speak about what's needed, i'm willing to do that as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always been considered the "Clean Freak" of my family growing up. I would say that not only am I clean with my work and take all proper precautions to stay sanitized, i'm very organized as well. That's something that I think is very important. I can reorganize a whole room that is a clutter mess and clean it at the same time. Some people have an eye for it and some people can look at a fully loaded room and freeze up without any knowing of which part to start first. With that being said you already know who the friends and family call when they are needing a little cleaning and reorganizing done.
