KOV TILE LLC offers transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Estimates are based on project size, tile type, and prep work, and all costs are discussed upfront. Discounts are available for larger projects and repeat customers. Any additional charges—such as demolition or repairs—are always communicated before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical Process for New Customers Initial Contact – We discuss your project needs, goals, and timeline. On-Site Visit – I assess the space, take measurements, and review tile or repair options. Detailed Estimate – You receive a clear, upfront quote outlining costs and project steps. Scheduling – We set a start date that works for you and coordinate any material needs. Project Execution – Work is completed with attention to detail, cleanliness, and communication throughout. Final Walk-Through – We review the finished job together to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on training and several years of experience in professional tile installation, including ceramic, porcelain, stone, and custom layouts. My background includes working alongside licensed contractors, completing specialized workshops in waterproofing, surface preparation, and shower system installation, as well as ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and products. I also have practical experience in general handyman work, which strengthens my ability to handle related repairs and finishing tasks.
