- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In some cases customers will simply want to rent our dehumidifiers and air movers, for this we have standard pricing per day that we can provide. Otherwise we asses each job as it comes and create a quote that matches its unique set of circumstance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I generally will set up a time to meet them at their home and assess the problem. If it is an emergency water damage situation we will get to work right away to save the house from being damaged from standing water. In cases of mold remediation, where the customer is look for a quote, we offer advice on how to keep it from spreading, and within a day provide a quote and time available to fix the problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certification from IICRC (The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification)
