I'm Noel, owner of First Impressions Creative in Spartanburg. I photograph homes for real estate agents, and short-term rental hosts across the Upstate.
Listing photos are the first showing. Buyers scroll past a listing in about two seconds, and the photos decide whether they stop. My job is to make them stop.
Every shoot is HDR interior and exterior photography, professionally edited, with every image reviewed before delivery. Standard turnaround is next business day — we shoot today, you're live tomorrow. Walkthrough video and 360° virtual tours are available as add-ons.
I'm a Google Trusted Photographer and I've spent 15 years in web and digital marketing, so I understand what your photos have to do once they hit the MLS, Zillow, and your social feeds. That perspective shows up in how I shoot, how I sequence a gallery, and how fast I get it back to you.
