Pros heating and Air has excellent service. They were prompt and thorough. The problem we though we had was not the case at all and he tracked down the problem to find out we had to call the water company. Their fees are also very reasonable.

Our water heater was leaking. We called Wesley and he was able to see the problem with only a picture sent to his cell phone. He and his tech were able to replace the water heater in much less time than I thought it was going to take. He explained different options, made suggestions and, most importantly, made me feel like he was working FOR me and not just trying to "save me money" by cutting corners. I highly recommend him.

I was very impressed with Pros Heating & Air! With a short notice he was here and on time to get the work done. Which made me very happy. He explained what needed to be replaced and did so, it was quick and the value is the average going rate. I will certainly call again,and tell everyone i know to call Pros Heating & Air. Also setting up a maintenance program with them, that's how impressed and satisfied i am . Call them you want be sorry!!!

I could not be more pleased that PROS installed my new heating and cooling system. Very professional, very knowledgeable. They were prompt and ensured that I was fully aware of what they were doing. I had gotten quotes from several companies and found the pricing to be fairly standard, so money was not really a factor. I just liked Wesley, he made a huge impression on me (not that easy to do), I deal with folks working in various technical fields often and find many that are less than competent. I found Wesley to be someone whom I would highly recommend to friends and family, and when it comes time to replace my downstairs unit, I will call PROS again.

Wes and his crew at Pros heating and air did an amazing job. They gave me the best price and completed a entire demo/re installation in 1 1/2 days! He(Wes) was very honest/informative about the work he was doing and I couldn't be happier with their work. Highly recommend this team!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PROS will waive the dispatch fee with any major repair or replacement for Plumbing or HVAC. We offer Service Agreements to become a Service Member with PROS for special discounts and pricing(ask the office).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make contact on Thumbtack, I have someone from our office reach out to you through text, call, email or messaging. Whatever is convenient for the customer. Then we need your address, telephone number and email to add you to the schedule. The office will coordinate a day and time to take care of your issue. We do have 24/7 Emergency Services after 6pm on weekdays and weekends so if you need us, we will be the ones answering your call!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NATE Certified, hold a Mechanical Contractor's License and have 15 years of experience in this industry. I started off working for Family and progressed into working for large and small plumbing/heating & air companies all while dreaming of owning a business one day.
