Wow! Lee Jones and his wife are exemplary partners in Charleston and all surrounding areas. The husband/wife duo planned, coordinated and executed 3 vital jobs for me in a timely manner. Their professionalism, flexibility, timeliness and quality of work was premier on all levels. Due to me residing in Saint Augustine, FL and my properties being located in North Charleston, I entrusted Team Jones to be my eyes and ears due to my nonavailability. On 19 Jul 2024, I contacted Team Lee for urgent jobs due to two handymen on Thumbtack being unresponsive. Team Lee placed my mind at ease and reassured me he can complete the job when returns in town. They went above and beyond by traveling from a job in Columbia, picking up the ceiling fan from Lowes at no extra cost, and completed the job for my tenant at a reasonable price. Team Jones work ethic and performance was so exceptionally well, that I have selected them to be my go-to Handyman and drywall services. You will not be disappointed as they’ve exceeded my high expectations when it comes to quality of work, professionalism and timeliness. Team Jones is the right company for the job!

Lee was great to work with and very communicative/quick to answer messages. I had a large hole in drywall that I was trying to fix as soon as possible, he came out same day and finished the repair quickly. End result looks great (I personally opted out of no painting as we are working on other projects as well and will redo down the line, but he did offer that as an option too)!

Our project involved a very high sloping ceiling that we needed to cover to eliminate a popcorn finish. Mr. Jones and his crew came in on a Thursday and by Sunday mid day we had a new ceiling, finished & painted. To a man they were a pleasure to have in our house, quality work, efficiently produced. As an Architect I know good work when I see it. Jones Drywall delivers with a happy jobsite.
