About
I have been an electrician for over 18 years. I currently serve in the US Army National Guard as well. Through my vast history in construction, I have had experience in residential, commercial, industrial and generators. I've worked for many mainstream companies including Mister Sparky of Charleston. I have decided to venture on my own and would love to serve you to the same standards as I have treated my customers over the last decade and a half. On top of electrical my company also offers plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, cabinetry, flooring etc. There is no job too big or too small for us, and we would love to take care of your project today!

Mike was very responsive. I sent out a message on Sunday with respects to a electrical short of unknown origin. Mike called us back in less than 1 hour. He worked us into his schedule on Monday afternoon. He researched the issue and made a few recommendations. Estimate of the work was very fair. He purchased the needed items and completed the repair a few hours later.

I have been flipping houses for over 30 years and have worked with a lot of electricians, some good, some very good but Mike Miller was outstanding! He was on time, took ownership of the situation and created a resolve for my electrical problem. Mike’s pricing was quite fair and I plan to use his expertise for future projects.

Had an AWESOME experience with Mike and Miller Trades. Top Notch customer service! Needed some outlets that haven't worked for awhile replaced and some slightly melted lighting, which is kind of scary, also replaced. Mike had them all running in less than 2 hours, AND less than 24 hours after contacting him. Extremely Friendly and Very professional, he explained Everything and even taught me a few things. Work quality is Top Tier and it was certainly my Best experience when needing a professional tradesman. I fully intend to request his expertise in the very near future. Once again, TOP NOTCH !

Mike was very professional from the initial contact to completion of the job. He came to my house promptly to discuss my projects and then submitted an itemized price list within the same day.
Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable about electrical issues. He took great care to keep everything neat and clean in my house as he worked. I will not hesitate to hire him again for future projects.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In most cases, we have free estimates for all of our jobs. If the job requires time to troubleshoot the problem there may be a $125.00 diagnostic fee. This fee is usually waived if the work suggested is performed. We offer a 5% military discount with a valid ID.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat all our customers the same as if it's the first time we have ever met. We will start with a friendly phone call to gather the information needed to book the job. We will communicate with the customer and inform them on every step of the process. We will always be on time. We always treat the customers home as if it was our own.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other then 18 years in the trades, I have been through many military certification classes regarding the trades, and other necessary skills to provide service to customers. I've been trained by Generac and the military for generators as well.
