My name is Michelle and I am 58 years old. I just wanted to let people know how Bonnie has helped and is continuing to help me. I’ve been diagnosed with Temporal Arteritis. It is inflammation in the arteries in my head. If not taken care of I could lose my eyesight, have a stroke or have a heart aneurysm. Doctors told me the only thing to help was steroids. I was devastated. Thought my life was over. I have too many things in my life I want to experience yet. A friend of mine got me connected with Bonnie Schnautz. Bonnie gave me HOPE. I’ve been working with Bonnie for a month and I notice a BIG difference already. I started right away with her suggestion of what I needed to do to change my life. Drink water, change my eating and I am starting to exercise again. Yes, my grocery bill is higher than what I used to pay, but I’m worth it. My headaches are a lot less and I feel so much better. I also have osteoporosis which eating correctly helps tremendously. I do have my days where I feel overwhelmed but I just keep working through it. Change is not easy. But I know in the long run I am going to be able to do the things I want to do in my life. Thank you Bonnie for giving me HOPE and helping me work through all this!!

I started on Saturday, down 5 lbs, as of this morning. This is huge, I have watched the scales for 8 yrs not move!!! Every morning I weigh myself crazy workouts and eating a 1200 calorie diet and nothing! In the last 4 yrs lots of positive changes but this has given me some hope, to actually see improvement in my weight!! Thanks so much Bonnie! Malia
