We offer competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates are based on the volume and type of junk being removed, and we always provide a free estimate before starting any job. We also offer the following discounts to show appreciation for our community: $50 Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and receive $50 cash when they book a service. 20% Off for all veterans and active duty servicemen as a thank you for your service. 20% Off for seniors as part of our commitment to supporting our elders. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: We start by speaking with you to understand your needs—what items need to be removed, the location, and any special requirements. Free Estimate: We offer a no-obligation, upfront estimate based on the volume and type of junk. This can often be done over the phone with photos or in person. Scheduling: Once the estimate is approved, we schedule a convenient time for pickup—same-day or next-day service is often available. Arrival & Confirmation: Our team arrives on time, confirms the items to be removed, and finalizes the price before starting. Junk Removal: We handle all the heavy lifting—quickly, safely, and respectfully. Your space is left clean and clutter-free. Payment & Discounts: Once the job is complete, payment is collected. We apply any eligible discounts (such as senior, veteran, or referral bonuses) right away. Follow-Up: We follow up to make sure you’re fully satisfied and to say thank you for your business!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in proper lifting techniques, safe handling of heavy and bulky items, and efficient junk sorting to ensure responsible disposal. We also stay up to date on local disposal regulations, recycling practices, and environmental standards. With hands-on experience in residential and commercial junk removal, we know how to get the job done quickly, safely, and professionally. While formal education isn’t always required in this industry, our crew is committed to learning best practices through on-the-job training and safety certifications to provide the best service possible.
