- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All local and intrastate moves are priced based on the South Carolina tariff written and distributed by the South Carolina Tariff Bureau. All pricing for interstate and international moves are regulated by Atlas Van Lines.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we establish the type of service the customer needs. Then once this is established we discuss what we can do to facilitate the move. After this we establish dates and sign the contract. No monies are paid until the service is provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually educate through the Van Line by taking online courses and seminars to stay in tune with changes in the moving industry.
