- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mediation sessions are paid by the hour. All mediation sessions confidential and start with a free orientation to mediation. The pricing for a mediator is a fraction of the cost of an attorney.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All mediation sessions begin with an orientation to establish ground rules and explain how mediation works. The agreement to mediate email before the mediation conference and the parties signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University. Master’s degree in General Psychology from Capella University, MBA degree from Webster University, Certified Applied Behavioral Analysis, Certified as Global Career Development Facilitator, Certified Parent Educator, Certified Anger Management Facilitator, Certified Grant Specialists & Reviewer Licensed Realtor.
