- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge by the hour as I feel that the cost depends on the scope of the project with a time estimate . I'll show you receipts for the cost of supplies but as for the cost of labor, it depends on the overall project. I'll always work with you to be within your price range so together we can decide on a fair price for us both.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll first come to see the space and request that before I arrive you provide me with any references such as magazine clippings or Google print outs. Color swatches come in handy as well! We'll discuss your vision and I'll send you a detailed estimate within a day. If we agree on the terms you'll sign the contract and we'll schedule the date for me to begin your masterpiece!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a SCAD alumni with a BFA in Illustration and have worked with reputable painting companies as their premier decorative artist. I've also completed faux painting courses at Dundean Studios in NJ.
