They were unable to perform service. As the parts were discontinued. However they offered to change out the whole thing but the cost would be way more than I could afford. Great guys though.

Prompt. Finished job on time. Cleaned up very nice. This was a slab leak so going in the attic at the end of July was a very extrusiating job. Nick and Jace were very professional and did a great job. Shelby and Brice in the office were very polite and easy to work with. I will gladly use Kinsmen Plumbing for any plumbing job in the future.
Kinsmen Service Pros's reply
Ronnie, this truly made our whole team smile, thank you so much! A slab leak is no small job and doing it in the attic at the end of July is no joke. Nick and Jace are incredible and we are so proud of the work they put in to get that taken care of for you. We will make sure they both see this! We are also so glad that your experience with our office team was a great one from start to finish. We truly appreciate you trusting us with such a big job and we look forward to being your go to for anything plumbing related down the road!

Service was prompt and efficient. Technician assessed the problem, explained the solution, along with a quote, prior to beginning. I'll definitely use them again!
Kinsmen Service Pros's reply
Rozita, thank you so much for this! We love hearing that our tech took the time to walk you through everything before getting started, that transparency is really important to us. We look forward to being your go to whenever you need us!
