- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for loan signings include printing and courier/overnight costs. Wedding officiant pricing includes mileage and marriage license filing services. General notary pricing includes notarial act plus mileage up to 20 miles. $1.00 per mile for jobs that require more than 20 miles of travel. Call or message for details and final pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to ask initial questions that uncover my customer needs and to build a rapport that will help build trust and confidence in my services. I will then tailor my services to fit those needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Commissioned as a SC Notary Public since 2017, I have over 20 years experience in the financial services industry to include real estate paralegal training. I have originated, processed and closed various consumer loan products such as personal, auto and mortgage loans. I hold a Bachelor Degree in Christian Education and minister ordination since 2009 and am also well versed in non religious marriage ceremonies as well.
