I used Safeguard starting in or around 2002 with our lake house at Santee. Bo Kelly was our exterminator. He was always thorough and we never had a pest problem. I began using him at our home in the Oaks. Always thorough and never had a problem and we were on the creek side that was damp and wooded. I was paranoid about mice and he would crawl deep under the house and around the kitchen area. There was some issue between Bo and the owners and he went somewhere else. Safeguard sent some preppy boy with dress clothes to do the job. I asked him to please go under the house to exterminate for mice. He took a handful and threw it under the opening. When my husband checked behind him the second time and we found out what he was doing and we had a mouse I freaked. I had already told Safeguard I was not happy and we were using someone else, but to call me if Bo ever came back. When I found out that he had returned I called and he returned. When I knew Bo was on his own I immediately called canceled my verbal agreement with Safeguard and now have any and all services done through Kellys Termite and Pest Control. Bo is reliable, honest, and I leave the door open and he locks the door when he leaves. I am sorry of the discord between him and his previous owners. They should be proud of the honest businessman he has become. Thanks Bo for years of great service and years to come at our home and office. Calvin & Ann Boykin
