PLS saw my request and politely asked about visiting today better quote the work needed. They saw my home only needed some cleaning or the darker (no sun) sides. They walked around and suggested doing my driveway, patio, and HVAC block. They asked if there was anything else needed as they saw my yard could have also used a cut. So, they stated they give me an offer for a whole package deal, and see if that was okay. Well, they offered a great package, and within the week I had several home items completed by them, with no issues. Especially for my family lawn care for the Sumter, SC area is not the easiest to get done without having issues every so often, lol. They did great, work was checked, and even verified by the owner afterwards. No bill was sent until the customer was satisfied with what was done according to the agreed work. Couldn't have asked for better service, definitely give them some work to see.

A basic cut includes; mowing, trimming, edging and blowing paved services. Prices start at $35.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer and have them explain to me what exactly it is that they want done. Once I have the understanding of their expectations I walk the property and give the customer a price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I enjoy working outdoors and helping others anyway possible. I always wanted to run a small business, on my days off from my full time job (law-enforcement), and decided to start a lawn care business.
