Jennie and her staff came by to meet us before our trip. These ladies did an exceptional job. It is nice to get home and our babies acted like we were just at work. Everything looked amazing and we have already scheduled two more trips using their services. Thanks again!Aug 30, 2020Verified

The girls were great! They were available with short notice, kept in touch while I was gone and never gave up trying to make friends with my kitties that hide from everyone.... I will definitely use them again 😉Aug 26, 2020Verified

This is a great service! It was really nice to have the option to let our 2 dogs stay at home where they have a big back yard to run around in instead of having to board them somewhere. Also helpful to be able to choose the frequency/length of visits so we could customize to needs and budget. I got a response the same day I requested info. The ladies are very easy to work with, we got an initial meeting scheduled really quickly, and they took time to answer all our questions. Our dogs loved them and were very well taken care of while we were gone. We would definitely recommend this service and plan to work with them again next time we're out of townJul 31, 2020Verified

We have a had our cat and fish cared for by the owner multiple times. She is so clearly an animal lover. Our kitty is happy, well fed, and her areas are clean when we return. The owner is very friendly and flexible and has been easy to do business with. We would definitely recommend them for pet sitting!Jun 24, 2020

I've been using the services of Paws & Tails Petsitting of Sumter for over 1.5 years. My 4 dogs love it when Jennie stops by to check on them and play with them. Jennie takes the worry out of feeling guilty for leaving my furry babies at a kennel in a cage when they can't go on a family trip. Jennie gives you updates on the puppies and even sends an occasional pic (I've attached one of her pictures). She has been a blessing. I'm not sure what I would do without her.Jun 25, 2020
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We offer military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once established that we are able to provide the service a new customer seeks, we usually recommend a meetup with the owner and pets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?As the business owner, I have been a Vet Tech from 2006-2016.
