- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first communicate on what you are looking for, then schedule a meeting. Next, During our meeting, I give tips and opinions to assure the customer is getting the best product possible.Following our meeting I take their email address, go back to the office, and come up with a reasonable qoute. Lastly, if approved our crews come in and give the best landscape experience possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of 1 time cut backs over the winter. We install sprinklers, palm trees, seasonal flowers. We oversees with rye in the winter. We trim bushes and trees Driveways, brick patio floors, we do it all.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to be careful on who you choose to do your work. Everyone's not honest and it could cost you more going for the cheaper guy.
