Most Services requiere a at home visit with the customer to give the best estimate and pricing. No to jobs will ever be exactly the same some jobs will have more obstacles than others and Pricing may reflect these differences.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Come to there home to see the scope of work and give an estimate. Make a material lis. Get a material deposit or assist the customer with getting the materials and transporting materials to the job site. Complete services the customer requested. Collect payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I never turn down a chance to further my knowledge. I am always watching videos and going to workshops and refresher courses. I believe there is always someone out there that knows more than you and that God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason.
