• Customer focused, we work for you not the insurance company. We’re not on any insurance preferred vendor lists, we’re growing our business by offering quality over quantity.
• We use the same estimating software as the insurance companies- All pricing has been pre determined before your estimate was even entered. We enter the square footage of what needs to be done and the software develops the price. This eliminates most of the negotiating with insurance companies.
• Honest- We don’t use scare tactics to win jobs. We’ll be one of the few companies that tell you mold testing isn’t fool proof. We’d also like everyone to know that dead or inactive mold can cause the same health affects as alive. It isn’t like asbestos where if you don’t disturb it’s safe to leave in place. The goal of remediation is to remove the mold not kill it.
Most of the time mold testing is unnecessary, the CDC and other governmental agencies do not recommend mold testing. They recommend having mold removed as soon as you see it so don’t let a shady contractor trick you into services you don’t need.
