Look Ryan is not an inexpensive handyman. But unlike many providers if he says he will see you on a certain date you can count on it. He detected and repaired some duct tape holding electrical connections that could have been dangerous. Replaced about ten smart switches and dimmers without even turning off circuit breakers. Heck at the end he even sat with me and my daughters and gave us some dog training tips for free. Yes Ryan is also a dog trainer! Great job.

Electrical and Wiring Repair

Ryan arrived on time, analyzed the work at hand, which was a non-functioning door bell, and began to work. His professionalism was outstanding, as he identified each problem and quickly repaired it. In today’s market, his fee was fair. I would call on Ryan again!

The best! Worth every penny. His work is above and beyond normal service. He did all projects and was gracious enough to let me add projects at the last minute. You will not regret hiring this talented man!

Ryan was on time. He helped us figure out the best option on installing under counter lights and installed them. He also installed a new electric cooktop. All his work was excellent. We certainly would use him again.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm very transparent with why I price the way I do. Just ask! **FYI, I offer a same day/less than 24 notice/after hours service for an additional fee on top of my provided quote for you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My process with new or old customers remain the same. I keep in constant contact. Over communication is better than zero communication. I arrive on time, if not earlier, and always let my customers know when I'm going to be late. I walk the project over with the customer and let them know my game plan. When I've completed the project, I let the customer know and have them look over my work to make sure the job was done with care and is of high quality. I clean up any mess that I have made unless told not to. I leave with a smile on my face knowing that the customer is satisfied.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Gather at least 3 quotes so that you can make an informed decision. The more quotes you get the better.
