Introduction: My work is done with love and passion! Customer's needs and wants are the main priority. Each photoshoot is unique based on the needs of my clients. I am a very likable person, people seem to relax around me soon after meeting me. I always photograph and position people to display their most flattering sides and poses. Making people happy while sharing and serving them with my talents. Being a blessing to customers is the best kind of motivation. I love to laugh and smile, I get to do that a lot when in the midst of a photoshoot and while meeting new people. I enjoy creating a unique portrait and recording a memory to cherished forever.

Mariya did our whole family pictures. It was a total of 10 people. She did whole family pictures and then broken down individual family pictures. She is WONDERFUL! She was very easy to work with, and we have several people who aren't fond of having pictures taken! She was great with everyone, young to old and the end product is beautiful. She captured us, which some photographers just don't seem to do. Mariya listened to our ideas and provided some of her own along the way, but it the end never forced her ideas on us. I would use her again without hesitation and will recommend her to anyone I know. Her rates were more than reasonable in my opinion for the work she did for us and I feel we received our disc of photos in a timely manner. I know we will treasure the pictures she did for us for a lifetime.

FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of University of Sioux Falls with a bachelors degree in fine art, which includes photography, painting, printmaking. Along with that, I have a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Nature was the most available subject at the moment and so I grew in it. Now I work mostly with people, because there is no end to engagements, weddings, graduations, families, babies.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with kids and adults of different ages and backgrounds.
